pair of porcelain Royal Worcester figures modelled by James Hadley for Royal Worcester. They both have date marks for 1882. One has the impressed signature of Hadley. The figures are in the style of Kate Greenaway a popular Victorian illustrator in the 1800's. The figure with flute player has a thin chip to the base, but this is barely noticeable, and there is some wear to the gilding on both. Otherwise the figures are in nice condition with no further chips, cracks or crazing. They are approx 175mm high, the bases are 160mm and 163mm across.
